Graduated from Department of Industrial, Interior and Craft Design, Musashino Art University. After working for YANAGI PRODUCT DESIGN INSTITUTE, Keiko Isoya established herself as designer. Isoya’s design works include Tomei Ashigara Bridge and tableware design. She had traveled for 1500 km across Taklamakan Desert in China as a member of the camel caravan team. Isoya also produces ceramic and porcelain buttons, accessories, flower vases, tableware and others, while the buttons were presented at Hanae Mori Collection held during Paris Fashion Week. Her works have been presented in numerous solo exhibitions. Her research theme is design of ceramic elements bringing a joy in daily life.
